I can’t say enough nice things. After a bad experience at our local eye doctor, our pediatrician wanted a second opinion and send us to a pediatric eye doctor 2 hours away in Fayetteville. Dr. Bonaparte is amazing. She is the only doctor who can get my high needs son to cooperate and she is so calm and kind with him. She is a blessing and I wish more doctor’s would use this approach. The staff are all very kind and courteous. We messed up our appointment date and came two days early, and they still accepted us within minutes. The office is very clean and nice. The children’s play area is a wonderful bonus for us parents with wild children 😊 This is well worth the 2 hour trip each way.

Be prepared to wait over 2 hours. You will be shuffled from waiting room, to another room, to a different waiting area, then to an example room to YET ANOTHER WAITING AREA!!! No one will give estimates. Just wait!!!!

The staff was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Dr. Kershaw was great and for the first time in years I can see sharp edges in the letters. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
