We have used Owen's Optical for both my daughter and my husband's eye care and they have been nothing but awesome! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to provide you with the best care and the best prices. They genuinely care about you and not just "making a sell". Great experiences all around!

We thought we would try Owens this time rather than our usual optician. We had prescriptions from ITEC which we wanted filled. The female at the front desk argued with me about the way Viva Medicare Plus paid claims. She insisted we needed to find out what the copay was. She tried to tell me that we needed to submit the claim to Viva before Owens would do anything, and then Viva would reimburse us. Viva never works that way. I can’t abide stupid people, especially when they argue with me. We left and went to ITEC as usual.
