The tech people are very helpful with any questions that may arise. Dr Ng works very hard to also ask if the patient has questions and aims to give the patients the best eye care possible.

Very good Clinic to get an appointment and good servece. I am very please.

RIDICULOUSLY WAITED FOR 2 AND 30 MINUTES TO BE EXACT EVEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!!

I took my mom here today to get her annual eye exam. We got here 8:30, 30 mins before her appointment. Her appointment was 9:00. It is currently 9:44 and we still havent been sat in a room to wait for the doctor. I do not recommend coming here. I will be switching my mom to an office by seafood city, 4.9 stars with many reviews. If you read other reviews here, the problem is the wait time with patients always waiting over an hour. Your whole day is gone before you know it just waiting for the doctor to get to you. The staff didnt even check on us or say sorry for the wait or update us when the doctor is gonna see us. We’re just sitting in the hallway. Find a better office that will prioritize you.

Had an appoinment but waited over an hour. The staff was not busy because I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room.

After a surgery in one of my family members, second opinion check up from work related incident, and early diagnosis of potential problems, I continue to rely on your experience for the eye care of my family.

I would not recommend this eye clinic. The female doctor, Dr. Wong freaking takes forever. I had an appt at 3 & i saw her 4:30. Like why the hell did she took that long when theres rarely any patient. The other doctor in that clinic is much faster than she is. She never even apologize that she took forever. As a doctor, she shouldn’t make her patients wait this long. I was already pissed off when she came, but still acted nicely and put a fake smile. The staff are fine. They gotta be more communicative tho. Never coming back here ever again. I’ll be moving to another doctor in waipahu near seafood city that my boyfriend recommended. That clinic is a 4.9 star.

The team at Pacifiqc Eye Surgery center is the best they are very caring and make you feel like family when you cine in to the office

He is an excellent Physician. He was able to accommodate my Dad with his cataract surgery in such short notice. My family and I can't thank him enough. My Dad's vision is excellent. Thank you Dr.Pang.
