Love this place! Took great care of my family. Staff were professional and polite. Telehealth experience was a breeze. Very handy with LensCrafters and their wonderful staff next door to help you as soon as you’re done at the doc. Will definitely refer people and will be back for all my eye care needs.

The people were great. The eye testing was good thorough, but I did have to point out twice to clean the machines before I put my face against it. Would give 5 stars if they had cleaned the equipment before the next patient.

Do not go here. First thing to know, the doctor is not there. It is all virtual. Despite wearing contacts for over 10-years the doctor decided to try and change my prescription drastically and surprise, the trial contacts did not work and of course the doctor wasn't there for the test fit so there was nothing that could be done for me. It's now been about 2 months and I have no contact prescription and wasted $170 on this place.

This was my 2nd exam here. Not much different than other eye exams I've had in the past except the doctor was via zoom. Easy experience. Very friendly staff.

Left without them giving me copy of script. Went back to get it and no copy of contact exam. Eve. Said on bottom, no contact exam. Wipe wait to see when I go back to pick up glasses how customer service goes. So far, not very impressed. Lady that did exam was sweet.

Everyone was very helpful and super nice! The telehealth was really interesting and i thought it was really cool to see the process of how it was done. Just as easy (maybe even less awkward than in perso ) with the telehealth!

Very helpful doctor. Quick, easy and thorough eye exam. Got all the issues eye needed addressed lol. Will be back if needed. Easy and fast appointment setup. Not sure how you can leave a bad review for these guys did a lot of work for 130 bucks.

Great exam overall, the main gal who helped me was informative and wonderful which is why I want to leave more stars but the doctor who “saw” me wasn’t that great. She chalked my eye issues up to allergies even though I told her I’ve previously had an eye infection that needed drops, I can’t barely keep my eye open without burning sensations and pain and she looked at pictures via zoom and said “try these OTC drops.” Not wonderful so will probably be returning to my usual eye doctor.

Do not use these guys. I wish I'd read the reviews before hand. Didn't think I'd ever need to. They will take your money and not give you a prescription. Total scam.

My doctor's appointment was over Zoom. I didn't expect that. I didn't like it. I don't think I'll come back to this place. If I pay for an appointment, it's to see a doctor in person, not via video call.

I went in for an eye exam yesterday, went through the typical process. After my exam, I went to pick out glasses and was then informed that they ran into an issue with my insurance, after handing me my receipt (which I thought was extremely pricey for having insurance). They gave me the phone number for my insurance provider and told me to follow up with them. I call my insurance provider after leaving their building and my insurance provider informs me that this company doesn't work with my insurance, they are out of network. Why wouldn't you tell someone that before they pay full price for an eye exam and then go to look at glasses? Highly dissatisfied with the whole experience.

The techs and other staff always go above and beyond, excellent customer service. Also, everybody very knowledgeable, helpful and nice, they answered questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice too. I will come back again!
