I would NEVER (and I mean NEVER) have been able to switch over to contacts without the help of Katherine Roman. Her professional knowledge and patient kindness made a challenging learning experience a positive one! I have always been grateful for her help with choosing affordable eyewear, and now I can add my gratitude for contacts as well!

My friend Talithas contact came out on the airplane , we’re visiting from Washington and she is actually legally blind in her eye and NEEDED a spare. We called and ERNEST gave her extra spares, contact solution and helped.100/10 review

The entire team here is friendly. Dr. Vu was efficient for my annual eye exam so if waiting drives you crazy, I did not experience that. Special shout out to Amandy for helping me navigate the process of picking out my new pair of frames. It’s an overwhelming process but she helped with narrowing it down based on my taste and even gives great feedback based on your features so you get just the right pair. They do a great job at breaking down what your insurance covers to help you make the final decision. Thank you and will be back every year for my exams.
