I've been going here for years. I was a little hesitant when Dr. Pack retired, but Dr. Alisha has exceeded my expectations. She is the BEST! The entire staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Alisha takes her time with you and explains everything thoroughly. She'll always have me as a patient.

Been coming here for the last 2 or 3 years and i made my appointment. Came in to said appointment and they said they had no appointment for me. I showed them my appointment that was scheduled and the lady at the front counter said "it wont let you,the doctor doesnt take appointments on tuesdays" why wouldnt i get notified of this or why does it let me set up an appointment? She was snarky and a little too much "as a matter of fact" with me.

Excellent service!! I’ve been going to Pack Optical for MANY years and have been seeing Dr. Alisha since she began there. She is on point with her state of the art equipment and very knowledgeable when it comes to your vision concerns! I’d recommend her to anyone! She and her staff are top notch!!
