There is no easy parking and when you call to ask for advice about parking you will get yelled at and have the the phone slammed on you. When you call back to cancel the appointment the receptionist will hang up on you and again after informing you she has no boss there and there is no one else to speak to.

Only trust your vision with the best. Dr. Nezgoda has been administering monthy injections to heal a venal occlusion in my eye for close to a year with no adverse reactions or affects. My vision is steadily improving. Friendly helpful staff and you can tell Dr. Nezgoda and staff love what they do. I am very happy we found them and thankful for their efforts.

Staff were extremely friendly and got me back in a timely manner. Dr Sossi was amazing very polite and attentive to my questions and concerns.

I just had cataract surgery completed at Palm Beach Eye Specialists and the total experience was simple with great results.My primary ophthalmologist Dr.Sossi recommended a team member of the group Dr. Kabul to perform the treatment and he was on point competent and personable as I’d were treating his father.As a retired dentist of 40 years who treated the most phobic patients his. Kindness and skill levels were excellent.The office staff from the gal who step by step explained the procedure the scheduling and my responsibilities to the gal who took my measurements for the correct lenses replacement knew their stuff thouroughly.I chose the treatment that would eliminate wearing glasses completely with no regrets.Ar my age half the time I was begging my wife to help me Find my glasses so she no tolerates me better now! The office is impossible to reach, I have a billing issue and the billing number called, says it's not in service. This office is trying to double bill me I have checked my bill pay and they have deposited the banks check. How can you put a phone number for billing that is not even in service. They should have an option for 0 stars. I have now been calling for 45 minutes and no answer, a recording says that I can leave my name and number but no prompt to do so. You are then transfered and after a few rings you get the same message as the original and a goodbye. Also emergant is not the same as emergency you may want to change that on you recording.

We are extremely unsatisfied with their billing "tricks". We called the clinic to find out if they accepted our Vision insurance, and they said, they did not, but since their doctor was an ophthalmologist, our bill, according to them, was going, to be be paid by our medical insurance. During our visit, the doctor was not participating in the vision check, so everything was done by the optometrist. The main reason for us to come to that clinic was because we wanted to see a doctor, not the optometrist. Otherwise, we would go to the nearest store that sells glasses. The optometrist wanted to see my previous prescription as according to her it was not only "cheaper for me" but there have been no changes. How does she know if she did not check those "expensive" moments? We were clear that we just wanted to get a prescription, they however, check my daughter's retina and a few other things we did not ask them to. After that they made her go to another room with her contacts out - she doesn't see without glasses at all. At the end of visit, we finally sew the Doctor, who just looked at retina images, and said everything is perfect, simultaneously talking to his assistance, who could not decide what code to write. At the end, they charged us 227.00 -the most expensive vision check ever( we have both medical and vision insurance) and sent us home with no Prescription. We have called and emailed them, but still no prescription.

Dr. Nezgoda, is not only a brilliant surgeon, but also has great compassion for his patients and true passion for his work. I am a younger patient who has had detached retinas of both eyes and thanks to him and many prayers I have gained full site back in both eyes. These procedures can be quite complicated and the outcomes can be scary, but Dr. Nezgoda is one of the best in his field and I would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Nezgoda is a kind and compassionate person. When I brought my Mother to him, the outlook was not good. A true miracle was performed by this extremely talented professional. Your office staff is friendly, and works well together as a team as well, which is a pleasure. Scheduling has been seamless. Doctor, please accept my family's heartfelt thank you. If I could give you 10 stars it wouldn't be enough!! I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Nezgoda, you will not be disappointed.

My husband had his cataracts done at PBEC Dr Sossi office was professional and knowledgeable. Explain everything clearly and made the whole process go smoothly. Dr Kubal performed the procedures with excellent results. We are so thrilled with the services we received. I would recommend them for your future needs. They have been sending me a bill for almost a year and a half that I have repeatedly tried to call and pay. The number on the bill is not in service and they don't answer the office phone. very frustrating.
