Dr Pelosi is great! She is thorough, professional, treats her patients like they are all her good friends! The office has a great selection of frames and Dean does a great job with frames and lenses!

It took me two to three months of waiting to get an appointment, 1st appointment I was pregnant so i was asked to reschedule. 2nd appointment post partum another long wait but I accidentally put the wrong time on my calendar and showed up at the wrong time which is on me(mommy brain). They simply could not squeeze me in. He pointed at another patient and said "what do you want to tell her" after I simply asked if there is any way I can be squeezed in, that was unusually aggressive way of putting it. They must be really good and probably don't need any new patients.

Dr Pelosi was personable, explained everything and I was treated more like a friend than a client. Dean was helpful in picking out frames and explained the insurance coverage. Both very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Gladly recommend to anyone!!

By far the best and most honest optical place I have ever been to. No need to be pressured to buy 2 pair in order to get a good deal. Dean gives a fair great deal on everything you purchase at anytime you may need them. They are always on time for appointments. Schedule your appointment and you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I have been patients for Dr. Pelosi for over 20 years! She takes her time and is never in a hurry. She explains everything in great detail and clearly explains options that are available. In addition the office manager Dean has a lot of eyewear for you to select from and as Dr. Pelosi Dean takes his time. There has been several times when I could not pick a pair of glasses. Dean never rushes you and has helped get the rights glasses! If you are looking for great eye care you need to make an appointment!

Customer for many years it was always difficult to get in touch but I let it go until I broke my glasses and when I reached out in August they said they could not fit me in until October. I broke them and needed new glasses I didn’t expect to get in next day but I thought they would at least care enough to try and squeeze me I. At some time. They don’t care about their patients at all. Finally getting someone better shame on me for staying with subpar care. You will regret going to them. Very limited hours.
