The front desk has some of the the most unprofessional people I have seen. The doctors are ok, but you are way better off by going to a clinic with better customer service. They failed to submit my claims and ended up billing me a crazy amount. When I called them and explained the situation, they rejected any responsibility. The office is supposed to open at 8:30, and when I call at 8:45, it says that they are still close and “please call back during the business hours”.
