Horrible experience! Front desk receptionist was rude, 0 customer service skills. Dr. Dilated my eyes without asking or explaining. I was then left to wait in a room and i missed my next appointment because of the dilation. I had to leave after waiting for some time. When i told the receptionist i was leaving because I'm late for another appointment and i didn't know that my eyes would be dilated her unprofessional response was "BYE!" I'm glad I left and did not have a procedure at this facility.

Very polite, friendly, welcoming. Interested in my vision complaints and concerns. I will most definitely be making this office my place to go for my annual eye exams. My entire family has used them in the past for simple exams + cataract surgeries. They were also, very pleased! Thank-you, Pannu Laser + Vision Institute 🙂 …

Very happy abouy the people here. TReated nice every visit. Glad I set up through them. Went to Baptist Surgical Center for the surgery. Very happy!
