Dr Lim at Paramount Family Optometry is the best his staff is awesome. They are always so friendly and nice. Dr Lim listened to what I needed regarding computer eye glass wear I am so excited that I am getting glasses only to assist with computer use Great team great energy. It’s always a pleasure to see and visit them every year

I appreciate the service and the staff members there Melinda was very helpful and sweet every step of the way and my requests for a pair of glasses for my husband were very unique. There was another woman who assisted me Mrs. Ramirez was also very kinda. I loved the service so much I will be having my son get his glasses and exam there too. Definitely a family optometrist!! As a new patient, I called this office based on reviews to make an appointment. The girl who answered the phone asked me if I had insurance I told her I did. She asked me for my name and without saying anything she places me on hold. I call back after being on hold for 10 minutes the site just picks up the phone and places me on hold without saying anything. I can't do business like that. Oh well their loss not mines.
