Best experience ever. I needed new glasses after a dog chewed my old ones and had a wedding the same day. Ashanti made sure I was taken care of, she was absolutely amazing! And the optometrist came in on short notice to fit my lenses and adjust the new frames. I am blown away by how kind everyone was and how quickly they worked to get me into new glasses. Took my 15-year-old much-loved, much-abused, and quite fragile Kawasaki rimless frames, which were basically falling apart. Vladimir did an amazing job, ordering new bushings, calling as soon as they came in, and not only replacing the bushings but realigning the entire frames, strengthening and cleaning, and charging me only for the very inexpensive bushings. Great! My ancient glasses are like new. :)
