Never knew a place would schedule you for 11 and you leave out at 3. The waiting room is never packed and they think we are on their time. This place needs to be shut down because no one here is considerate.

Honestly this eye doctors office is very unprofessional and I had an horrible experience my advise is to chose somewhere else to go and the front desk personnel is extremely rude that one lady seems like she doesn’t want to be there.

I have been a patient at parkway eye care center for over twenty years. Thanks to the warm and friendly service given by Pauline. She is the only reason I remain a loyal patient all these years. Pauline your people skills and your calm and cool disposition keeps me here Thanks happy Holidays Thanks
