The staff and the optometrist were very kind, I have to admit. After my visit, I went to the front desk and paid whatever they asked for. Almost a year later I found out that they have reported me to a collection agency without ever notifying me in any shape or form. Somehow, they came up with a $95 charge even though they had all my insurance information 2 month in advance and I paid what ever they asked for on the day of visit. Just be careful. Don't just count on their reputation and make sure to get a written document that you have no balance left and that they will not come back and charge you 6 month down the road.

I had both cataract eye surgeries performed by Dr Echols and I was extremely pleased. He covered each procedure, thoroughly before and during the surgeries. Excellent results. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly. Highly recommend.

They ran a little behind schedule, but very professional.

Dr. Wynn is awesome! I had cataracts removed from both eyes and it was a great experience from 1st appointment to the last!! His staff at the Millington Office, Germantown Office and Methodist North Outpatient surgical team were just as great! Everything was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered. No stone was left unturned to ensure I had a positive experience!

Dr Echols is the best! There receptionists are marvelous.

I visited the Passons eye center yesterday and i had an eye injury, actually i wish i can give them 100 STARS, starting with the professional and very kind front disk ladies that helped me since i got in clinic with smily beautiful face,they made me so comfortable as i was not seeing clearly because of my eye trauma, then i was treated by the great DR.JOSEPH ROWLAND ,I WANT TO GIVE ANOTHER 100 stars for him, he is the greatest ophthalmologist ever, excellent,informative,kind, i felt him like an angel who sent to me from GOD for help,thank you so much DR.JOSEPH ROWLAND, he gave me all kinds of possible tests and detailed examination,then he explained every thing to me, and he contacted the pharmacy by himself to make sure that i get my medicine, then the next day they called me to make sure that i was doing fine and improving, really no enough words to thank him and his great staff, all what i can do is to pray for you and your families..GOD BLESS YOU ALL...HUGE THANKS..

I had cataract surgery in Dec. and was thrilled with the staff and Dr. E. I was anxious as most would be, but there is no pain or anything. They do 3million a year in the US. The staff was informative ,caring and considerate. Had to do a Covid test 2 days prior ,but that is the time we live in. Thanks Trump. I highly recommend Passons!!

We really like this place! We see Dr. Henry Wynne and he is so smart and kind and doesn't rush you through. He really listens!

The doctor was very informative and spent alot of time answering all questions. He had a great bedside manner and I never felt rushed once during my appointment.

Hands down the MOST caring Dr's office I have ever experienced in my life. I took a family member to them for help with cataracts and they treated him with the utmost respect. I havr never in my life met a more caring helpful staff. Would recommend to ANYONE.

Everyone at the clinic was so nice! They put me at ease immediately. Dr. Echols is high energy, looks like Josh Groban, and was very caring. He took time to explain everything and fixed my eye problem without surgery! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone that need help with their eyes!! Totally outstanding!!

My dad had cataract surgery on both eyes & gained 20/20 vision afterwards! He was so excited! They did great, then shortly after he suddenly passed away from pneumonia/sepsis. We contacted Passons to inform them that he wouldn’t be attending his last follow up appointment. They were so kind and sympathetic and said they would miss him & that he was a “character”! 🤣❤️ They also sent us the sweetest condolence note. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. I’m grateful that my dad was able to see so well the last weeks of his life thanks to Passon!

Dr. Wynn just did my second cataract procedure. From start to finish, it was THE most positive patient experience that I've ever had. And.. I'm 81! :-) Also. Wonderful office staff!

After coming here several times to see Dr. Passons for checkups for myself and my husband, it became quite evident that this practice overbooks its clients. When I say "overbooks" I mean to the point of not having enough offices for patients to wait in for the doctors, and not even enough chairs in the waiting rooms. It is truly ridiculous. Not planning to return.

Very nice people. Been seeing Dr.Passons for 20yrs. I highly recommend them. My wife is seeing better than she has in 50 yrs. With just r. Eye she can't wait to get l.eye done. Thank you.
