Dr Castro was amazing he started off by asking how I’m doing from my eyes medically. He heard me out and helped me with my medical vision needs. Such a great caring doctor. For once my exam did not feel like a regular yearly vision eye exam.

Best experience I have ever had getting my eyes checked, and they work incredibly fast. They really helped my mom and I out after we found out we were losing our insurance and needed to be seen immediately.

My appt was at 10am and I was out my 10:20! friendly quick and efficient. Dr Fowler was very helpful and nice! First time having the opto eye exam and that was very neat to see!

Exam was perfectly fine and Dr. Cohen was great. However, I did have to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The eye exam was thorough and they were willing to help us figure out our confusing coverage to get our frames ordered. Unfortunately we had to go to a scheduled event and when we came back later the person working refused to help us because he didn’t understand our insurance. Still giving 5 stars because the initial interaction was wonderful.

Appointment was 09/09 at 12pm. Felt like I was in and out. Even though the rep has bad allergies, never interfered with her great customer service and answering any questions or concerns. It was my first time seeing Dr. Andrea Maldonado, she was a GREAT! Nice and great listener. Fixed all my issues in a timely manner! My contacts are sitting in my eyes perfectly. I actually felt like they care about making sure things are right the first time. I’m glad I found this location. Thank you ! 100/10

Checkin: Quick, easy, professional. The women at the front desk and the women who did my initial tests were both nice and friendly. Appointment: I chose Dr Castro’s office after he performed my last years exam. He was very informative, patient, and pleasant. I drive 25 miles passing closer locations because of this. Dr Fajardo performed this year’s exam and seemed annoyed at any question I had. She was informative but not pleasant or patient in how she communicates. It’s possible she was just busy and hears the same questions often. We did talk about hiking toward the end which was nice. I’ll continue with the office but look forward to booking with Dr Castro.

This is by far the best experience I think I’ve ever had getting my eyes examined. The doctor was absolutely amazing and attentive. I have never felt that an optometrist has worked this hard to fine-tune things for the best prescription possible. I also want to complement the young man who helped me check out and get my frames fitted properly. He was an exceptionally polite and professional young man who went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience. Extremely satisfied customer.

Staff is nice. Selection of glasses is not great as most are fit for children and women. Sorry guys you’re out of luck unless you have a small face. The doctor is thorough but awkwardly stern and made me feel uncomfortable. This is the second weird experience I’ve had here and I’ll be finding somewhere else next time.

This is a small office inside Target. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about services and products. Although this is a very small office, is was not too busy or crowded.

Dr. Maldonado is the best she always gives me great service. The associate Christopher was amazing not only was he training a new employee he was also helping guest. My check out was not the best and did take a long time but I understand with the high volume and new employees it can get a little hectic.
