Dr. Dickey was thorough and friendly explaining all that was going on with my eyes. She explained next steps and left the decision with me as to when to pursue the next steps. I left fully satisfied with the visit.

She was very attentive and professional. She responded to all my questions, including a concern about irritation I was experiencing in my left eye. She examined it and no foreign matter, but said most likely was experiencing dry eye conditions. She gave Systane eye drops in both eyes as well as a sample pack to take home. I’ve the drops yesterday and this morning and have no irritation problems. She also recommended that I throw away my other over the counter eye drops since they may be contaminated. She was truly very helpful.

I can’t say enough of how this place treats you. From checking in with the front office, to the assistant who oversees your eye care(Zach) does his job proficiently to Dr dickey. She’s an amazing asset to the eye care office. All of the workers are very professional n knowledgeable. Was very happy with my experience!!
