Dr Dickey was great. Very professional answered a question I had on eye drops, gave a sample and a coupon for it. Very kind was very helpful just a great experience!

It is not the easiest place to find, and even though they have expanded it is a very busy practice. However, they are very efficient and Dr Dickey is a very fine compassionate doctor.

I was extremely happy with my first visit to Dr. Dickey. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each part of the exam.

Dr. Dickey and the other staff members at the office were excellent. They explained every step of my visit and truly listened to my questions and health concerns. The premises were clean and professional, and my wait time was minimal. Recommend 100%.

Once again I greatly appreciate how the people at ChesterCountyEye Care take good care of their patients. The phone answerer, Sabrina, heard my concerns and arranged an appointment the next day in an office closest to me. That is almost unheard of! Dr Dickey was thoughtful, helpful and professional plus being reassuring.Furthermore, I did what she told me and my eyes feel better next day!

Dr. Dickey did an excellent job of diagnosing a difficult eye issue I was having. She is professional, kind and explained everything in great detail. I will be sending all of my family and friends to her when it’s their time for eye care.

I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. It was thorough and everything was explained to me and I was offered to ask questions at any time.

Getting information was like pulling teeth. O came away with the distinct impression that i wasn't important enough to be given that information.

Extremely thorough examination Dr. Dickey was very personable and very good as a doctor and put my mind at ease to some things that I had found out during the exam. Explained throughout what each procedure would entail. The entire staff and tech were very informed and also provided an explanation to each procedure. All always had a smile on their face.

I was pleased to be given and thorough exam. I thought I had some issues with eye deterioration and Dr. Dickey was able to show that it was minor and not yet a concern. This was very comforting. Dr. Dickey is very knowledgeable and willing to share.

I called with an emergent issue. Dr. Dickey scheduled me for an exam in less then 24 hours. She was thorough and reassuring. She is another reason why Chester County Eye Care is simply the best!
