Dr.Reardon is absolutely amazing and caring. He goes out of his way to make sure your eye exam is thorough and comfortable. He cares more about the health of his patients than the money to be made. 10 stars from me and my family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If there was a way to give "0" or "negative" stars, that would definitely be my choice. I made an appointment here to get a new year's worth of contacts (upwards of $1000, mind you). When I called to make the appointment, I specifically requested Friday as that is my only day off through the week. I was offered a 1030 appointment and told them that the time offered did not work for me as I had already had an existing appointment for 1000. I was then offered 0800 and agreed. When I showed up to the office exactly at 0800, I was told that I was very early, as my appointment was scheduled for 1030!!! When I explained the phone call making the appointment, the lady at the desk said they would still take me this early as I was here. I completed the paperwork and the screening (taking out my existing contacts and doing the prescription test on my eyes and glasses). I was then directed to sit in the waiting room (in my glasses, which I do not like wearing for long periods of time). After about 30 minutes, I went to the desk to ask how long it would be, as I had an appointment at 1000 that I needed to get to, I was informed that they would be taking the OTHER 3 PATIENTS before me as my appointment was scheduled for 1030! When I informed the desk of the original agreement, I was informed that they did "not schedule new patients at 0800". I informed them that it was very unprofessional and walked out. I will NEVER utilize this doctor's office!!!

Dr. Reardon & Dr. Lennon are great. Most of the staff is as well, especially the young lady that does you picking out your glasses. The girls behind the counter, nit so much.

Dr Reardon is the best! And then staff is courteous and professional. I have been coming here for years.

Best eye doctor. Been coming here for 13 years. So patient and knowledgeable. Went somewhere else to try to see how it would go and came right back to Reardon. Hope he takes a while to retire.

I had a bad experience with dr patrick Reardon. I told him i could not see small writing wearing my eye glasses and he got mad at me he did me like that before it's sad when you can't talk to your eye dr i don't think he like black people i will never go to him again he should not be a eye dr periodbecause he don't listen😢 …

The exam and visit was great but today I called up there to check on my glasses and the lady on the phone was snappy and claimed that my glasses only became avalible today and that she just forgot to call me to pick them up but if I could be there in 15 minutes I was welcome to pick them up!!! Very rude and I am not happy at all now I have to spend the weekend not being able to see because she FORGOT TO DO HER JOB!! I understand I am a medicade customer so I'm not top priority but still I deserve the same reverance paying customers get!! Thanks a lot!!!!!

I alway look forward to my yearly visits because the staff is always going above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor is very professional and extremely polite. I really love this place ❤️.

I’ve been going here for a couple years and have always had a great experience. Everyone’s very nice and personable. I always enjoy my exams with Dr. Patrick Reardon. I’m choosing a new health insurance plan without vision and will probably continue to go here. :)
