Dr. Higgins is the absolute best! He operated on me after complications from prior eye surgeries. He always takes his time to answer all of my questions. He is expertly skilled, personable, and extremely compassionate. I highly recommend him.

It was my greatest pleasure meeting Dr. Higgins, Patrick in the year 2000 I was born Type 1 Diabetic, thyroid complications, & comprised auto immune disorder. In the year 2000 I had Retinal detachment surgery in both eyes! Dr. Higgins is outstanding!!! 2023 I’m still his patient Doctor Higgins is my life saver my hero!

No words to describe my gratitude to Dr. Higgins and his staff. I'm his patient since 2018 when got my surgery to reattach my retina, the process has been very effective my sight was restored to levels I can't imagine. Thank you so much.
