It was my greatest pleasure meeting Dr. Higgins, Patrick in the year 2000 I was born Type 1 Diabetic, thyroid complications, & comprised auto immune disorder. In the year 2000 I had Retinal detachment surgery in both eyes! Dr. Higgins is outstanding!!! 2023 I’m still his patient Doctor Higgins is my life saver my hero! I would like to Thank you Dr. Higgins & his super amazing medical staff. For providing me with such kindness, remarkable bed side manners, & the best patient care!
