Worst service doctor and assistant no good

He's a good doctor. From my experience he was very kind and gentle. Now that my kids are older they go on their own. Note my kids now live a couple hours from palmdale and prefer coming to him then there local eye doctor.

Doctor Patrick Milburn was very rude when I called to confirm my eyeglass prescription over the phone he got upset because I want to purchase glasses somewhere else it doesn’t matter where I buy my glasses I paid for the services to get glasses and contact prescriptions so why be rude.When a patient is just verifying the prescription because he writes super small . He has no patient care and only cares about his business and money . Only takes 2 minutes to verify the prescription he went on explaining if we buy glasses from somewhere is not the same. And he said obviously buying somewhere is not always going to be correct . Why be rude,I can’t believe his horrible rudeness toward a simple question. If you go there be ready.

We have been going here for the past 3-4 years now. Dr. Milburn is very thorough and professional. We’re happy that we finally found someone that’s good after going to so many other optometrists.

Patrick Milburn by far the worst OD. He provided the same prescription from 4 years ago. When confronted he blamed his staff. He is currently working out of Walmart on 47th st. In Palmdale. He is rude and has an attitude.
