I have asked for my contact prescription multiple times. Told me the doctor has to release it it has been 3+ months and I still have not gotten my contact subscription I call during business hours and can’t get an answer. They told me it would be emailed to me have yet to receive it.

All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Hayter was extremely thorough and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The office was extremely clean. I watched as staff wiped off everything that was touched including all glasses frames that were tried on. I felt very safe in their environment due to all of the cleaning and all of the staff wearing masks. My husband and I both had a wonderful experience and will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Hayter is the best! His team goes above and beyond to meet and exceed your needs. Extremely careful with the current protocols. You can tell they care for every single patient. I've been coming to his office for the past 4 years and I am extremely happy.
