This was my first time going to Dr Herring for an eye exam. His staff was top notch. They were very efficient and sped me thru the check in process and preliminary parts of the exam. I never felt rushed. When Dr Herring came in he was very calming and easy going. He explained everything thoroughly and took his time answering my questions. It was a very pleasant experience for me.

Would have been 5 stars however, I was informed only a workday before my scheduled appointment a referral was need. This resulted in a rescheduling. Dr. Herring and medical assistants all were great, kind, and professional. My only issues were at check in and check out. Online forms were completed prior to my arrival. The check in and check out was a little too time consuming. The payment at checkout was swift no issues with that. The SDDMV reference code was text from their office was fast. My eye prescription at checkout may have been ready but there were people shopping for eyewear ahead of me. I only needed my prescription. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Herring
