I had my cataract surgeries ten years ago, and every ophthalmologists who I saw since the operations commended positively on his skill. He doesn't engage in chit chats but so what!

Annie, the woman who answers the phone!!! She was unfriendly and completely rude, so I complained to the manager. Someone like that is not qualified to work.

I don't know who she is. Might one of staff member. So unkind and arrogant

Doctor needs to be more sympathetic and listen to his patients. Will never go back due to arrogant attitude of doctor.

When the doctor first opened, he was so kind that I used to highly recommend him, but perhaps because time has passed and he's made money, he is far from friendly. The service from the staff in both offices is truly pathetic. I even witnessed a hot-tempered elderly woman getting angry. She asked for a glass of water because she was coughing badly, but the doctor refused, saying he wouldn't give her water because of COVID. How can a doctor's office claim to provide medical services when they can't even stock a small water bottle? It is truly pathetic. Anyway, whether they are young men or older women, none of the staff are competent, starting with their phone service. I completely do not recommend this place.

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews... it made me hesitant to call an appointment here but Paul Lee Opthalmology was the only place that was open on Saturday and scheduled me a last minute appointment. I was scared I had a corneal ulcer and Paul Lee diagnosed it was because I slept with my contact lenses for too long... He discounted me my first visit charge since it was such a quick diagnosis and felt bad since most of his customers seem elderly with more serious conditions. His staff was super attentive and extremely friendly so I was surprised when I went there after reading these reviews. If you're near here I recommend giving this place a try if you need medical eye care!

I have a very good idea who Albert Chang is talking about...lol. She’s a divorced L. and a complete c**t. She enjoys others misery and brags about how much she gets it. Those are the worst type of people. Despite what your exes want and what society says, I DO NOT want you back. However on a good note Kathy is most likely the nice one here

TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DIRTY OFFICE. RUDE, NASTY STAFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. GO TO THE MILLION OTHER DR OFFICES IN THE AREA.
