Very very very disappointed. I have never seen any doctor's office being so unprofessional with their patients. I took my 9 yo for her first eye exam. My appointment was for 11 AM. I got for an appt and called the office because i couldn't find the place so at that time i am being told that "I am struck in massive traffic and wont be able to get there till 11:45 pm. So i said can i come at 12 pm? and was told yes". 11:45 AM, i am about to leave the house with 9 yo and 4 yo as do not have anyone to watch another kid. At 11:45, receiving a call again stating that she wont be able to make it till 12:30-12:45 pm and asked to come at 12:45pm. At 12:45 pm, i got to the office again, door was locked so called office number again and was told that again, she wont be able to make it and come back at 2 pm or Tuesday.. This was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. They do not have courtesy to call in advance if they are not going to make it for the appointment.

Awful!! Worst ever doctor I have ever seen Machines that were used in 1950’s are used. Doctor and receptionist both the rude and try to push you to spend!! Stay away

To say the experience was disappointing is an understatement. I made an appointment for 12:30 - they did not ask for any insurance information prior to my appointment, when I arrived they stated my claim was not going through and called my insurance company - on speaker phone, with other patients in the waiting area - I waited 45 minutes before I was informed my insurance was not accepting their request; the entire time I sat there, they were taking other patients - I was not given option to pay cash for an examination and an hour later I was not able to accomplish anything. Usually a Dr will ask when you book the appointment what insurance you have to ensure they accept the plan - this didn’t happen here - disappointing and unorganized experience.
