This young man, Dr Payam Morgan saved my life & my spirit in 2014 when I got kicked in the face by one of my horses , losing my left eye & half of my face.
When I came round from surgery there he was at the end of my bed with big, kind eyes encouraging me to recover. He continued so for months & would even call me to check on my condition. I have never met such kindness & concern plus amazing surgical skills.
Miss you Payam since Kaiser stole you!!

Dr. Morgan is extremely knowledgeable and enjoys what he does, it comes out in his work. He is very neat in his fine stitching on the eyelids. He is informative and concerned about his patients. Best qualities would be his humbleness and kind nature. He is absolutely stellar!

This doctor was very good, I am very happy with my eyelid surgery. The first three days was uncomfortable but after that it was smooth sailing.
