Came in to replace a pair of glasses I misplaced. I paid to have the same frames. These frames ended up being discontinued so I came in to choose different pair. Ended up being cheaper than prior frames. Upon asking about refund for the difference they said would credit. Weeks go by before I’m able to pick them up, due to my odd work hours. I still hadn’t received credit. Asked about this difference that day, looked at file and said they’ll credit for a different amount than actual. I was frustrated and confused about this disconnect so I let it slide. Still never received that credit. Essentially stealing money from me! I called the main office and left a voicemail explaining details. Never a return call

I have seen Dr. Peace a handful of times at his Cool Springs location, and I have now been to the Trousdale office. His office manager Cecelia has been with him since I have been seeing him, too. They are both always a pleasure to see. I feel like I'm seeing old friends instead of going to the doctor. They treat you with genuine care and attentiveness. I find that I'm always recommending them to friends and strangers in need of a great optometrist.

Absolutely love this office! Dr. Peace and his staff are always so helpful and kind. I was able to get my glasses and contacts there. They have a nice variety of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!
