Absolutely poor customer service, I should not have to beg for my contact prescription, or wait hours to receive it online. i had to beg like a fool to get my prescription! Norma was extremely rude to my family member - It felt like she was just trying to get extra money out of me and not include her and just try to include my family in a decision making when getting contacts. Do not come here if you just want a prescription, they will hassle you!

Not good. My appt was at 11am. I saw the doctor at 11:45am. People have things to do. You can't make a person wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. I got there at 10:45am. I just think you guys need to be more organized. People's time is more valuable than you think.

Flawless. Absolutely wonderful eye exam appointment. Everyone had excellent grammar. Check-In process exceeded my expectations 10 fold.
I've been a customer since I was 14. I'm now 51.
My visit today, best ever.
