Very horrible experience with office person Jeannie. they convince u to purchase BOGO option and only one pair of glasses were in my bag. Instead of listening and working with me to find out what happened to my second pair the girl Jeannie comes at me with attitude as I'm trying to explain there should be something showing I walked out of the store with 2 pair of glasses SMH will never go back there again. She's basically telling me my fault and my loss.

Dr. Gilbert is amazing, we went to a different eye chain, needless to say we are back and will never leave her again. She is very knowledgeable and very kind to my family. We have brought our parents and extended family here. As long as she is here we will be coming to her!!!

Went to this business while living in Houston. Had great service. Have since moved to Dallas and started using an eye doctor there. Not happy with them. Started scheduling a road trip to Houston for eye exams, worth the trip!
