We went in March with new prescription (this was for my friend who doesn’t speak English well). The issues wasn’t the optometrist (who was great) but the quality of the product. The glasses broke within days of buying them. We went to the store and wanted to charges us over 400 dollars for a new one. Most places give you guarantee usually for a year but this one didn’t even bother to discuss this. We left all disappointed and went to the closest Walmart with the prescription. We had such amazing care and they offered as a great frame with new glasses for 200 dollars with 1 year guarantee. I work in the healthcare system and I don’t like to say bad things about issues that are unexpected but again the issue wasn’t the professional attending there but the poor quality of the products. We will not go there again. PS Walmart will also ship the new glasses to our house at no cost. FYI

Dr. Nguyen provided me with excellent service. This was my 2nd annual visit. We always have a great conversation about my eyes and I think she really cares about my health. The staff have been very friendly and super responsive to my questions.

Dr. Pantelis is superb! She explains everything extremely thorough. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years, and never had a doctor this thorough. Service is pretty good. First time here, one of the young ladies was eating at the desk in the front. Not ideal, but I didn’t deduct a star for that. Service is quick, designer glasses are cheaper than competitors. Everyone is kind and attentive.
