Honestly very very bad service. My whole family tried to conduct our business here and im a little surprised that the lack of sense of urgency to get things done, the communication among the staff, and then the lack of empathy after waiting 4 weeks for my contacts didn’t result in a “we’re sorry about that” but instead were deflecting any responsibility. They stated they had called me to notify me when I know for a fact I had called the office numerous times AFTER the date they stated they called and they just 100% lied and refuse to apologize. If you transact here it’s because you did not research other options as I was guilty of doing. The optometrist however, a tall young guy he was good. Office staff not good.

Best office and staff. I decided to come here because while shopping for glasses last year I found they are honest and give all the pricing. I came back this year for a first time exam and Dr. Jayson was amazing about explaining everything. There was a rude patient in the office at the same time as me and the staff handled it and moved on. I felt bad for the staff and how they were treated but they smiled and kept going. Best office around and I love my new glasses!
