I sincerely appreciate Dr. Womack. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the complex issues with my eyes. He is patient, sincere and caring. I am so grateful that we found him and sincerely appreciate that he goes above and beyond at every visit. Even consulting with other professionals on my behalf to assist my husband and I in making the best decisions possible regarding the health of my eyes and needed upcoming surgeries.

It's unfortunate that some people had bad experiences here. Luckily I had a fantastic experience. My contact lens exam and ordering process was pretty straightforward. I forget the name of my optometrist, but he was very pleasant and personable. There was an issue with my year supply of contacts being shipped on time. I called and spoke with Kathy (Cathy?) who was very helpful and professional over the phone. While I am waiting for my new contacts, they have gone above and beyond in order for me to have a gapless experience. I am glad that this business understands what customer service means. Great people here. I will recommend to friends, family, and co-workers and will be returning annually!
