The doctor is very nice. But the lady Barbara was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me which is something you shouldn’t do to a customer. I was asking questions and she was impatient and she wanted to continue to be rude I think she may be new, the other women were very patient and respectful she should not be working with customers with that type of demeanor.

I went in for new contacts and Dr. Craner was extremely friendly and thorough! Additionally, I had an issue with the parking app and ended up being 15 min late for my appointment. I was very apologetic and he was very nice about it. He gave me samples for a newer kind of 1-day lenses to try out and also for my original lenses. The evening I went in I was the last appointment and the receptionist, Chris, had to leave a little early, so I didn't get to meet her. However, when I called to order the lenses I had chosen, she was also very friendly and was helpful explaining the insurance questions I had. I would definitely recommend!
