Great customer experience at the Mt. Pleasant Pearle Vision. They were the only shop around that carried a particular set of frames I wanted. After purchasing the frames and lenses and leaving the store, I found a small crack in one of the lenses. I called the next day and they were more than happy to replace the lens for free no questions asked. They did an incredibly quick job replacing the lens and I love my new glasses. Thank you, Pearle Vision!

They make you feel as family so friendly and caring also greet you as you walk in the door much love to all of them especially the Dr who check your eye Dr David Eulau he’s #1 I love going there to get my eyes checked they’re #1

I just found my glasses sitting in a drawer that I got maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I went back twice and told them that they were way off and gave me a terrible headache and was told both times "Just wear them for a week". I try them on now and it's like the right lens was off by a decimal point, it's so bad. so there they sit and I haven't been back. Maybe listen to your customers next time. I just go without.
