Great customer experience at the Mt. Pleasant Pearle Vision. They were the only shop around that carried a particular set of frames I wanted. After purchasing the frames and lenses and leaving the store, I found a small crack in one of the lenses. I called the next day and they were more than happy to replace the lens for free no questions asked. They did an incredibly quick job replacing the lens and I love my new glasses. I just found my glasses sitting in a drawer that I got maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I went back twice and told them that they were way off and gave me a terrible headache and was told both times "Just wear them for a week". I try them on now and it's like the right lens was off by a decimal point, it's so bad. so there they sit and I haven't been back. Maybe listen to your customers next time. I just go without.
