Was very happy with my first appointment. The Doctor was very informative and helpful with all my questions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only gave 3 stars because today, I'm a little unhappy that when I called and was told my glasses were ready, they never told me they closed at 3pm. Google shows the business updated their hours 2 weeks ago and shows them open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:30 to find out they closed at 3pm. I feel like the person giving me information at noon today, should've mentioned their closing time.

Make sure you look over your receipt they managed to use my insurance plus my vsp adding unwanted extras and charged me out of pocket 170 dollars worth extras! Then when I cancelled my order 5 minutes after walking out of the store because I had spoke with family who wear glasses and they said that it was insane to pay out of pocket 170 with having a vsp that covers 300 for lenses and frames! My glasses with prescription would have been 10 dollars out of pocket! They never cancelled my order and tried to give me a store credit! I will never go here again. Not to mention the horrible rushy customer service. They are scammers
