Had an appt at 4:00pm. At 5:30pm, finally got tired of waiting and left…. never received any services. Very poor customer service… if you can’t maintain the schedule, don’t waste ppls time and overbook the optometrist! This place doesn’t put the customers need as a priority.

Prior glasses bought 5 years ago were perfect !!!! The last exam and glasses have given nothing but trouble, sent back , redone, etc, etc. I still cannot see out of them correctly. The last time I was there with concerns, the tech actually reordered my old RX, because the exam was obviously incorrect......better than the new lenses, but , never was offered another exam, by a different doctor, to actually correct the RX. Will never go there again, waste of money. Now I have to find another facility, and get another exam, because I cannot see clearly with these lenses. Very disappointed, in the exam, and customer service.
