Excellent, professional and fast service. The office itself was extremely clean and sanitary. My glasses and contacts were available in less than one week from the conclusion of my initial visit. I was even able to have a courtesy pair of contact lenses so that I could try them as well as be able to see correctly on the drive home. Other Optometrist services that I've been to have always been less than tidy and the waiting time to get my order was two to three weeks at best. Thanks Pearle Vision!

I am generally very impressed with the friendly and courteous staff, the moment you walk in the door.
Today however, when I visited to pick out my frame, Sherry M. Truly impressed me with her service! Not only did she listen to me but from my description, she picked out THE pair of glasses for me that were a total match. It was a very difficult endeavor for anyone involved because I am very picky. Nonetheless, Sherry pulled it off, after I went to 3 different locations... She was very knowledgeable, sweet, kind, patient and she paid attention! I am very happy and will get my next pair most definitely at Pearle Vision again!

The Sunset office is great! Employees are wonderful! Extremely attentive and helpful! The doctors are warm and take care of every little detail to make sure you're eyes are healthy and happy when you leave! I accidentally sat on my new glasses a few months after purchase. Walked in, no appointment, asked for help. Within 15min, had my insurance and new (replacement) glasses ordered. They were available in 5 days! Went back to grab the replacement glasses and was in and out in less than 10min, including the fitting! Can't say enough good things.
