Dr. David Lee was fantastic and fast. He helped me find my ideal prescription lens in 10 mins. I was also very impressed with the amount of options. The other eye clinics I've been to in the past had maybe 30% of what they had. Dr. Lee also was helpful getting me the best price with my insurance because price was a concern for me

My wife needed to get her eyes checked and we called a few places on a Saturday. Some had an appointment 2 months in the future, some had appointments 2-4 weeks in the future. This Pearls Vision however, had an appointment the next day. We took an appointment with Dr. Le and we are glad and thankful to have gotten an appointment with Dr. Le. He is kind, considerate, thoughtful and helpful. He helped us save a lot of money by letting us know that we have a VSP plan through my employer, rather than having us go through our insurance and paying 2-3x that amount. He made our overall experience so much more better than previous Vision stores we’ve been to in Seattle. We highly recommend Dr. Le. ☺️

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but I’ve generally had a good experience in the two times I’ve been here in the past couple years. Dr. Lee is friendly, helpful and seems knowledgeable and trustworthy. My experience with the staff has been pleasant too.
