I would like to thank Nan for the outstanding customer service that she gave me. She took the time to go over what my insurance covers and personally help me pick out a frame and lens. She measured me several times to make sure that the lens would be correct. She made sure that i was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Absolutely horrible. The only good part was the doctor. He was amazing. As for the rest terrible. When I got home they called and said they forgot to charge me $90 after already paying $440. A week later I went to pick up my glasses and they “forgot” to add the transitions. She said oh don’t worry I’ll have it done and I won’t charge you for it. I said I already paid for it. She said oh yeah here it is you’re right you did. Oh well they will be ready in another week. They didn’t offer anything to make it right and I had to call to find out if they were there because nobody called me when they came in. Unprofessional and nobody cares. I’d rather go somewhere that doesn’t take my insurance and pay completely out of pocket than give this place another penny of my business. Never again

Dave provided us with great customer service! He was quick to resolve our problem and listen to us! Dave gave us the best customer service! Highly recommend him!!!
