Do not go here! I went and got my eyes retested after this exam and the prescription I got here was way off from the second opinion and my current glasses. I’ve had glasses all my life an never experienced an eye appointment like this. Front office staff are unprofessional and rude. The exam was barely an exam, the doctor took the retina picture and then went straight to doing the lens test without asking me to read anything off. He did not look in my eyes, do any sort of peripheral vision evaluation, or any sort of eye movement evaluation. At no point in the exam was I asked anything about my medical history or if I had any concerns and as someone who has had eye surgery that was alarming.

Visiting from out of town and realized I forgot to pack my contacts :( But I went to Pearle and they hooked me up with trials to hold me over for my trip :) They were so kind and accommodating! Thanks a bunch to the staff at Pearle Vision.

Team seemed nice. Exam went well. The machine in the exam provided me excellent near and far vision. Was very hopeful when the glasses and contacts were delivered. Was told that it may take a while to adjust to the glasses. I tried both, and neither was better than my uncorrected vision, so I called and came back in, and the Dr said to keep trying. Didn't seem interested in what I was explaining. Tried for another month or so, and now I have a pair of glasses that makes my vision worse, and contacts that don't seem to do anything. I think that their scheduling of the dr with 15 minute appointments means that they are hustling, and when something isn't what can be solved in 15 minutes, they don't have the ability to fix. If you're just looking for an updated prescription, this is a great place. If you need eye care that takes over 15 minutes, this may not be the right place for you.
