Out of many other optical outlets in the Des Moines area, Pearle Vision was the best with my vision insurance. Although more importantly, the Store Manager Greg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with tons of questions! He was more friendly and informative than many other places we called. Greg provided fantastic customer service with the purchase from beginning to end, and even kindly assisted with a warranty situation on a pair of frames months later. For these reasons I will continue to choose Pearle Vision for our family's glasses purchases!

We have had MANY positive experiences over the last 3 years with Pearl Vision at Valley West Mall! Absolutely NO negative experiences. Just yesterday we stopped in and had Greg, store manager, adjust a pair of glasses for my mother. He is always very professional and very courteous. We have also had Jamie serve us on other visits; she's great as well. This is the only place I would recommend for purchasing glasses. We much appreciate their service and will continue to be long term customers!
