Was looking forward to getting my new glasses and was told 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
At 2 weeks, I received a text stating there were issues receiving the lenses but that was resolved and the lab was currently working on my order. At 2.5 weeks and no glasses yet I was charged $424 on the day of the appointment.

Great customer service from Pearl Vision. Fast and very easy to work with. Also, Dr Velez next door I used for my eye exam. Lovely staff and personal for a wonderful experience. Will be using this location going forward!

Dr. Velez is awesome! Definitely going back to her. Also- the glasses shop also has excellent customer service!! Love!!
