While my doctor was very nice and explained everything very well, I had concerns with billing that was done incorrectly and unfortunately management refused to help me resolve the issues, as the order for the glasses was already sent. While trying to get in contact with the staff I was hung up on multiple times and when I did get in contact, I was told I would receive a call back multiple times, only once did I actually get a call back. I tried to be polite and I understand that they have other patients to take care of, but I was really made to feel like a nuisance when all I wanted was a conversation about my concerns. If you DO use Pearle Vision I would be cautious and have a list of EXACTLY what you want, otherwise you may be charged for premium services and additions that are not necessary. I want to be understanding and I want to be able to understand the situation from their perspective but when I struggle to get in contact with staff and am shut down when I do get in contact, I don’t really know what else there is to say. I will also warn you that they absolutely do not do refunds, even though I called 20 minutes after my appointment about an add on that I absolutely DID NOT NEED. So, if you aren’t happy you will have to “suck it up and get over it” unfortunately.

Today's date is September 15th 2023 I'm posting this because I ordered my glasses back on Labor Day 2023 and they still aren't in I inquired about why they're not in and she told me they came in all scratched up and if I wanted them I said I declined I found out they didn't reorder them until 9/13/23. Whatever you do do not use Pearle Vision Brookfield these glasses are insured through a union and Eye Med the next step is to call my union and eyemed and complain about the service

I am very impressed with the care I received. I had a retina tear that I had no idea about. Doctor Reveles took her time to figure this out for me with very minor symptoms. Once found, she and her staff worked to get me into an appointment that day at St. Luke''s so that I could have the tear fixed right away. Later that evening, Dr. Reveles personally called to check in.
