My recent visit to this clinic left me with mixed feelings. The examining doctor was competent, but I was disappointed with the staff. I learned about the cancellation on the same day as my scheduled appointment after arriving at the clinic, and I received false information about multiple contact attempts. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the estimated and actual examination fees. My valuable time was lost during this experience. The clinic clearly needs more professional staff, especially for scheduling and respect. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this clinic, and I have no plans of returning.

I scheduled an appointment and they called to confirm my appointment. I get there at the agreed appointment time and I see 2 people waiting. Then they start calling people back and as I’m sitting there waiting, nobody addresses the wait time. Now it’s 15 minutes later and I still haven’t been seen or called back. I tell them that I scheduled this appointment around my work schedule. The “manager” Jessica offers to reschedule me. I told them that I would’ve appreciated if they valued my time. I decided to leave and call back instead of cause a scene. I speaking to Jessica and in the multitude of unprofessional comments as well as talking over me, she tells me that you’ll always have to wait and she doesn’t understand why I’m so upset…. You didn’t even wait that long. I won’t be returning to Pearl Vision for this reason alone. Just as they called to confirm my appointment, they could’ve notified me that they were running behind. There was no sense of urgency or value for my waisted time. Horrible customer service by their so called manager.

very friendly staff highly recommended They are always willing to accommodate without appointment I’ve been going to this place for all my contact and glasses need for my whole family !
