We, my daughter and I, had an amazing experience this past week with our I exam and the purchase of my glasses. To start we were greeted by a friendly face while checking in. After waiting a few moments we were taken back for the screening portion and the tech that assisted us was the best combination of calm and witty, making the experience fun. To put in perspective my daughter and I are nervous nellies with the machine that blows in our eyes. I have frustrated a grown man or two but Abigail was as calm as can be never making either of us feel rushed or ridiculous. Bonus: She had a sense of humor which I believe helped us feel comfortable.
The doctor was great and efficient. He asked and answered questions professionally. He was personable and efficient, a great balance.
When it came time to order glasses Linda assisted us and helped me pick out the perfect pair. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great guidance on what my insurance covered and what additional features I may appreciate and what might not work for me based on my lifestyle. To say I am excited to get these glasses is an understatement.
Customer service at this branch as always set the bar for other experiences but they definitely outdid themselves this appointment. I would absolutely recommend this office if you are looking for a professional and friendly interaction.
Great eye exam. Everyone was extremely nice and had positive uplifting attitudes. I was done in a timely manner with no waiting. I was made to feel like I was welcomed there. Dr. Reddy was very nice and thorough. She listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Jennifer set me up with some new glasses that look great and affordable. A great experience is sometimes hard to get these days, but it was certainly a great experience. Thank you.
I brought my sunglasses in to add prescription lenses. They took care of it and the turnaround was within 2 weeks. The frame were twisted when I got them back and when I went back to get them adjusted Mario did a great job fixing them. He took his time and had me put them on several times to ensure the fit was right. Thank you!
