I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because the eye doctor was amazing. Everything else was bad. First person ordered the wrong glasses with add ons that I was pressured into getting. Second person refunded the difference and ordered the right ones ones. Third person, Asked for a prescription to me sent. They said they could only mail it. Came over a week later with the incorrect prescription entered. Fourth person said they would fax the right one. Never came. Called and talked to a fifth person who said they could email. Very disorganized and they make errors. This all started the beginning of June. Will not go back.

I continue to go here. Service time for glasses has always been pretty good. I will say most employees there seem depressed. Sullen even. But it's convenient and in my price range. Dr's all have been great.

Very poor customer service. They treated us like we very poorly. We walked in the stoor to get order new pair of glasses, showed me 6 frames and left me alone while I was the only customer in the store at 5:30pm. Came back with arrogant voice asking me, am I done. I would not bring my business back to pearle vision.
