First impressions is one of the keys to new customer retention. I had a 4:30 appt on Friday, 11/24/23. When my husband and I walked into the door, there was two female employees and a male that may have been the doctor behind the counter. Not one even bothered to lift their heads, let alone speak. I said "Hello", no reponse. I said it again louder. Finally a response of Hello. That's it. No "May I help you?". I state I have a 4:30 appt. Someone says"sit in the back". After sitting for a min, another customer comes in and all kinds of Hellos and How may I help you ring out! We left right at that point! I'm not sure what that was about, but I do have my suspicions given the race & gender of the customer after me. What they did not know is that I'm a huge referral source. I will steer clients away from here.

I can depend on Helen to take care of my nailcare. She does a beautiful job that lasts between visits. The shop is set up for social distancing safety precautions. I also have pedicures here. The place isn't as fancy as some I have patronized, however the service and atmosphere is what keeps me a customer. They are closed Tuesdays, open 6 days. Plenty of free off street parking available.
