Dr. Michele Donovan is one of the kindest and most professional eye doctors I've ever seen. I walked into Pearle Vision West Ashley one afternoon unannounced with no appointment only because my son's glasses were almost unwearable. They had me complete the paperwork and in 15 minutes he was back in the examination room. He came out and started looking at frames. He glasses were ready in less than a week! When I dropped by to pick up his glasses, my daughter got in for an eye exam with the same results - she was out in no time picking out her frames! I got my husband in there since it had been eons since his last eye exam. He was pleased as well by how fast Dr. Donovan and Pearle Vision got everything done. That was about 14 years ago and we have been going back ever since. Great job, Dr. Michele Donovan and Pearle Vision West Ashley!! We will continue to go back as long as they are in business!

Go literally anywhere else! First they got the size comically wrong on the glasses for my 18 month old. Then they installed the lenses incorrectly multiple times and we kept having lenses fall out. I eventually went over Pearle Vision and spoke to the manufacturer of my son’s glasses. They confirmed my suspicion that is was an installation error of Pearle Vision. We are now taking our son elsewhere and paying out of pocket to have this issue corrected. I rarely write negative reviews, but I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I broke my glasses so went in to get new ones. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was able to get the same frames and prescription lenses. Would definitely recommend this Pearl Vision on West Ashley to everyone.
