George is definitely the best person, he helped me adjust with my new glasses and made sure everything was ok and that the size was the correct for me, I’m coming back and i will recommend to a friend

I went in for an eye exam. It was done with no frills. Not sure how accurate it was because this was my first time needing an eye exam. Frames I got were free with my insurance but I wasn't given my prescription when I picked them up, so I went back at a later time to get my script and was just making small talk about different places to get glasses and was told rudely, stop talking, no need to explain yourself I get it. Ummm I wasn't explaining myself just making conversation. Rude! **** I've updated my review from the original 2 stars. Eddie the GM called and asked me to come in. He took the time to listen to me and made it right! Great customer service does exist!! Definitely recommend now. See Eddie!! Thank you man****

Thank you, George! I brought in the last pair of glasses that my puppy had not chewed up yet. This pair of glasses was missing the screw to keep one of the lenses in. George was able to replace the screw super fast! My glasses are like new again! I am very appreciative!
