Front desk associates needed training how to act professionally and use the right tone of voice towards customers/patients. Manager/doctor needed to know the issue first or see how your patients was treated in the front before calling your customers/patients rude. Sahara location has the best people. We have businesses and you will never get treated like this in our locations, whether you dress nicely or not.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store on Rampart a while back for a lost screw in my frame. The lady was so nice and repaired my frame and sent me on my way. I was so impressed that I went and did my annual check-up after I broke my glasses again. My second visit was just as accommodating, if not more than the first. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Chen. She's a doctor with a down-to-earth personality. I'm happy to have found her. I am a patient for life.

It was my 9 year old sons first eye appointment. The front staff was very welcoming and the Doctor was very personable. I am not one to leave reviews; however, I highly recommend Pearl Vision and especially this location. The staff joked with my son making him feel comfortable. The Doctor related to my son discussing baseball, ensuring he felt comfortable. Overall, 10 out of 10.
