First time customer totally impressed! I needed my high index glasses done ASAP because I needed for my first class medical exam scheduled this week. Went to LensCrafters first but they told me my glasses could take up to 3 weeks to be ready. Luckily we drove by this eyeglasses shop and we decided to drop by to give it a try. It turned out to be such a right decision! Irena helped us placing the order in about 5 minutes and told us that the glasses shouldn’t take more than a week usually, or the most 2 weeks. She was super efficient and friendly. I got a call today and they have my glasses ready! That took only 3 business days including the day placing order! It totally exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad that I came here. I will have my new glasses for my exam tomorrow! They made it! And on top of that, the total price was about $50 cheaper than LensCrafters quoted me for the same high-index measure. A solid 5 star for real! Totally getting my supplies here from now on.

I am so impressed with this team. I brought in a pair of glasses that seemed completely destroyed. They had been sat on, frames severely bent, and screws lost. They had them fixed and like new within 24 hours. And they were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning here to purchase my annual pair of glasses. Thank you!
